Please speak to our reception staff in the first instance. All newly registered patients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and have a consultation with a practice nurse in a Well Person Clinic. Those new patients on repeat medication will have to see a doctor to endorse that repeat prescription.
Medical treatment will be available from the date of registering.
