REQUEST A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION

Both Seascale and Bootle Health Centres are able to dispense medications to patients. For Seascale the dispensary service is for patients who live more than one mile from the chemist.

Bootle dispensary opening times:	Mon/Wed/Fri 9.00am-12.30pm Tues 9.00am-1.00pm Thurs 9.00am-12.30pm and 3.00-6.00pm

We require 24 hours’ notice for repeat prescriptions to be prepared for you. You can request these prescriptions in person at the dispensary, by leaving the request in the prescription box in the Seascale entrance, by telephoning or by e-mailing the health centre via our website. (If requesting by e-mail please use the ‘mail received’ option on your system to ensure we have received your e-mail.) Please note: if you order via e-mail over the weekend your prescription will not be available for collection until Tuesday.
