Bootle Surgery will be closed on Thursday 6th August due to staffing levels. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Starting Tuesday 21st July our Health Care Assistant Susan Dawson will be at Bootle Surgery every Tuesday for due or overdue appointments such as bloods, INR and B12 injections. If you are overdue any of these appointments you can now book these via reception.
There is no training afternoon in August 2020.
Please note: There is still no GP at Bootle Surgery until further notice.
