Familiar Faces

Familiar Faces is a team of psychologists, psychological therapists and assistant psychologists, who work with people whose physical difficulties bring them into frequent contact with their GP and other health services. In partnership with the surgery, Familiar Faces approach eligible patients to offer support around mood, isolation, and non-medical approaches to symptom management.
